Hello Again

I have stayed away from this page for a while.  Why?  Well, I wasn't doing anything!  I left my husband in July.  Then in August I started the C25K program.  I have since completed that.  Lost 17.6 pounds and am on my way to healthy.

My stress is not gone, but I don't usually find the need to comfort eat.  Granted, I had a bad week last week but that can be attributed to a little monster visiting and the need to cook toddler friendly food.  I love the little monster and will take the 2 pounds I gained instead of lost.

I have found some fun motivation in the form of a new online group and challenges.  Life is getting better as my clothing gets looser.  No, I am not only happy because of the weight, I am happy because I am doing things for me and the kids.

Current Weight: 163.4
Goal Weight: 130

Activity for the day:
C25K week 1 day 1 (working on speed and endurance)
Wii Active Fit 2
Walking 1.5 miles (kids to school and from school)
Jog 1 mile (to pick up kids and after C25K to get home)

Seems like a lot huh?  Well, the walking is at least 3 miles a day (4.5 on Tuesdays) but I have decided to run to pick them up.  Hey, it is .75 of a mile and I an use the 100 calories burned!

Hopefully, I will update this more and become happier with it.  As of right now, I'm ok that no one really follows me.  I like to just chat with myself.

EA Sports2

Do you wanna know what laid my ass out today. Bought this game (see above) and went through day one. I wanna die.

Also, decided to go all veg...not working great. I've cheated twice.

I am down to 166....that is 14 pounds but haven't lost in the last in a week. I don't wanna be stagnate at 166 :(

Good news

Weigh in I am down 5.8 pounds in 2 weeks. I only lost 1.2 pounds last week, but still ahead of schedule by 1.8 pounds (only 2 pounds per week drop)

Comfort Food and the Accident

So, this morning I got into an accident. Come lunch time, I wanted comfort food cause I was still a bit freaked out (minor damage more freaked about insurance-Damage total for both cars maybe 200). Anywho, I decided to pop in a Cheese Ravioli meal. I am not particularly fond of cheese, but Ravioli is a comfort food for me.

I think I may be more stressed cause if the yucky lunch. Ok, not yucky, just cheesy. It did not taste good to me even though others swear it is great. Oh well, looks like i get to have a Junior Arby sandwhich for dinner. 200 calories here I come!

Fat girl and the 100 calorie snack

When these came on the market I was amazed. Why pay more for less food. However, I subscribed to the idea when I couldn't stop with the goodies. I have not come to the conclusion they are sent from HELL.

The 100 Cal snack pack is like bad sex. You are almost there, so close...and then he's done! The bottom of the bag is never deep enough (just like bad sex..lol) 100 cal snacks are a stomach tease, they just piss me off. So I have decided to swear off these bitches in little bags. Wish me luck!

The love of my life: Just Dance 2

I guess I should note I am exercising. I am using Just Dance 2 on the wii. If you do "Just Sweat", you can earn sweat points. I have read several different ways on how that translates into calories, but I figured I would be safe and go with the most points per each calorie. I would rather I burned more than I thought than less.

So, for those who care. 10 sweat points = 1 calorie.
