I have stayed away from this page for a while. Why? Well, I wasn't doing anything! I left my husband in July. Then in August I started the C25K program. I have since completed that. Lost 17.6 pounds and am on my way to healthy.
My stress is not gone, but I don't usually find the need to comfort eat. Granted, I had a bad week last week but that can be attributed to a little monster visiting and the need to cook toddler friendly food. I love the little monster and will take the 2 pounds I gained instead of lost.
I have found some fun motivation in the form of a new online group and challenges. Life is getting better as my clothing gets looser. No, I am not only happy because of the weight, I am happy because I am doing things for me and the kids.

Activity for the day:
C25K week 1 day 1 (working on speed and endurance)
Wii Active Fit 2
Walking 1.5 miles (kids to school and from school)
Jog 1 mile (to pick up kids and after C25K to get home)
Seems like a lot huh? Well, the walking is at least 3 miles a day (4.5 on Tuesdays) but I have decided to run to pick them up. Hey, it is .75 of a mile and I an use the 100 calories burned!
Hopefully, I will update this more and become happier with it. As of right now, I'm ok that no one really follows me. I like to just chat with myself.
