Fat girl and the 100 calorie snack

When these came on the market I was amazed. Why pay more for less food. However, I subscribed to the idea when I couldn't stop with the goodies. I have not come to the conclusion they are sent from HELL.

The 100 Cal snack pack is like bad sex. You are almost there, so close...and then he's done! The bottom of the bag is never deep enough (just like bad sex..lol) 100 cal snacks are a stomach tease, they just piss me off. So I have decided to swear off these bitches in little bags. Wish me luck!

The love of my life: Just Dance 2

I guess I should note I am exercising. I am using Just Dance 2 on the wii. If you do "Just Sweat", you can earn sweat points. I have read several different ways on how that translates into calories, but I figured I would be safe and go with the most points per each calorie. I would rather I burned more than I thought than less.

So, for those who care. 10 sweat points = 1 calorie.

Updates and Lean Cuisine

This is where most people would start by saying they haven't dieted and need to lose x number of pounds. I started a week and a half ago. I figured I would save any readers I may get the pain of the first week pains. I can be quite a bitch when I am hungry. Last week was no exception. I drank enough water to require the city to open another processing plant. But it kept me full and well hydrated. Also made me have to run to the store a week early for TP.

I have dieted off and on (more off) since my daughter was born 5 YEARS AGO. I am finally going to give it a real try. Keep at it for more than a few weeks and not become discouraged when monthly cravings attack. I am prepared for "MC" this time. I will fling myself from a second story window but I will NOT give into "MC". She ruins me every time.

As for the how this time. I am keeping track of every little bitty morsel that passes my lips with an app on my phone. It also has a website so I can stare at how many calories I have eaten and dream of the things I could be eating. So yeah, I'm calorie restricting and retraining my body to need less. As such, there are going to be times when I curse and scream cause I want that chocolate cup cake or a candy bar. But more times than not, I will review "Lean" meals. What did people do to diet before Lean Cuisine?
